Todd Blount
I trusted and surrendered to Jesus as my Savior and Lord when I was 7 years old. My faith flourished most significantly in late high school and college through the faithful investment of godly men and women in my family and local churches. My young adult years- on up to today- have been a process of continual learning and growing, of repenting and refining. My journey is far from complete, and I'm so grateful for the new mercies which Jesus provides each day as I walk with Him.
I am passionate about teaching God's Word in a relatable way to people of all ages and backgrounds, about shepherding people in the context of authentic, life-giving relationships, and about leading leaders to thrive in their God-given calling and giftedness.
Todd hails originally from Walker, Louisiana, and graduated from Baylor University in 2006 with a B.A. in Communications. He completed his Master of Divinity at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2010, and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry in expository preaching and strategic leadership.
Todd has been married to his beautiful wife Kerri since 2006, and they have three awesome kids- Tristin, Jude, and Asa. They love spending time together as a family in adventures of all kinds- eating great food, listening to great music, cheering on their favorite teams, and traveling to new and exciting places!
