"As a child, I made a profession of faith during Vacation Bible School in a Baptist church in a very small town in southeastern Oklahoma. Being raised in a Christian home was very beneficial during my early years. My faith has grown over the years, and has made me really appreciate the ministry of Vacation Bible School and children's ministry.

I enjoy serving the Lord quietly behind the scenes through administration of processes and programs.”

Dennis graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. After more than 40 years in the oil and gas industry, he retired in 2020 and frequently provides human resources consulting to clients in various industry segments.

Dennis has been happily married to Deanna since May 1975. Together, they have four grown children, two daughters-in-laws and ten grandchildren. In his free time, Dennis loves traveling the world with his wife and spending quality time with their family.
