"I was invited to church in high school by one of my best friends. Through that local church, I heard and accepted the gospel and Jesus transformed my life. I served that church in many ministries and eventually as their bivocational youth pastor. My ministry journey has been winding, challenging, and exciting. Joining Crossings on mission has been such a blessing! I am thankful how the Lord writes each of our stories and weaves them together.

I love getting to dig into God's Word and explain its truths to others. I care deeply about people and want to see them flourish according to all that God has for them."

Zach graduated from Texas A&M University for his undergrad and later attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he graduated with a Master of Divinity degree along with a Graduate Certificate in Christian Leadership. He is currently a litigation and innovation portfolio manager at a large E&P company.

Zach has been married to his wonderful wife Lacey since 2005. They have 4 amazing kids. Their family enjoys road trips, movie nights, and learning about entrepreneurship together through building their family business.
